im guessing they refused to enter into an agreement with him as a cooperating witness because he only (voluntarily) gave up info on a few criminal behaviors (like the stormy payment) but he wasnt willing to give up information on past criminal behaviors.

dude expected to get leniency just based off that. but that aint how shit works lol.

he is prolly talking to his lawyers right now about coming clean on *everything* now that he got real jail time in front of him.
