The juror spoke on Faux News and is a 45 supporter. She even said she wanted Paulie to be innocent but the evidence was overwhelming.

If a 45 supporter could vote guilty on all counts (I assume she wasn't the only 45er, it is NOVA)
Then I think the lone dissenting juror is a plant
