The earliest Trump would be indicted is spring/summer 2019. Trump will make motion of delay/appeal. It will eventually have to make its way to the Supreme Court (late 2019/early 2020). If Kavanaugh is confirmed to SC, Trump wins case that a sitting president can't be indicted. It's a matter of impeachment then removed from office then indictment.
