Check out the trailer.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CItEtnp3nPY

My favorite Denzel's movie's are when he gets to play the Denzel Character like Training Day, Philadelphia, Glory, Inside Man, Mo better Blues.

My least favorite Denzel performances (which I still even great) are the movies where he plays losers like in He Got Game and Courage Under Fire.

I can't tell which one he is in this movie from the trailer but damn it still looks good.

Denzel is the last actor left that I will check out solely on the strength of his name in the credits. Can't Wait.

13203943, Loved him in Fences...but I saw James Earls Jones on Broadway

that's his role in my mind.

at least he was acting (as opposed top that auto-pilot thing he does in like 85% of the roles he has. just the same guy in different environments)
13204007, Oh, it broke my heart to see old and flabby Denzel.

But he did his thing.

That's Denzel being Denzel which I pay good money to see!!!!

then these fools give it to the silent shrugging POS Affleck because his older bro prolly gave Harvey a massage.

13204055, he def should've gotten a trophy

or two.
13203954, Denzel is entering his James Earl Jones phase

older, established and bringing a very specific flavor
13204003, Saw it last night at the New Orleans Film Festival...

Pretty good film with great performances all around. There was a Q & A with the director after the film and he gave Denzel a ton of props for his vision on how the movie was made. The music in the movie, the character's affectations and look was all Denzel. Dude is running a masterclass right now.
13236062, Yo, I low key hated this film.

Mainly because the trailer was cut to make us expect that this was a cool Denzel film but it really wasn't that type of film. Trailer set up expectations all wrong.

The topic of how fucked up our justice system is because of plea bargaining is a topic near and dear to heart. But they really only scratched on the surface of the issue.

Lot of Denzel walking around looking turrible.

13236132, joint was good...real good. Zel got ALL the way into this role

.
13237601, i dug it and he still doesn't have any real peers that can do his thing

nothing over the top and he just does what he wants and is cool about it.

the cat ain't never fell off. some films are better than others however he stays clean.
13237603, Maybe a top five Denzel performance. Should win something for this. Great film
