body can breakdown aka fruits/veggies/plants/legumes/beans if you eat stuff that will cause constipation or cause straining to go poo - BAM! got the roids Hemorrhoids are pretty much inflammed tissue due to the strain
There are over the counter medicines that can help dry them up also lidocaine/anesthetic type ointments for the pain you can also try stool softners to soften that poopoo so it doesnt cause as much pain and discomfort
Advise: Preparation H is wonderful and its over the counter
Stool softener: colace or any other stool softener helps
Diet: lots of liquids, lots of watery fruits and veggies.. salads
