they only bother me when I stress out. Once I had a flair up when I was made at my lover, so bad I had to go to the ER...couldn't walk lol. so embarrassing to have a stranger open up your ass and look at it...that hurt too.

But yeah, they say the over the counter stuff can make it worse. I was given procto foam. It worked wonders. It's expensive and most insurance won't cover it..
