on multiple occasions the last two just yesterday with a woman who lived in or visited both for a minute.
I would have to visit first and apparently Dar has a serious malaria problem so I gotta pass on that.
Ethiopia still has routine brown outs
Tanzania sounds like it's worth looking farther into
