To be honest...that seems to jive with my general perception of Canadian immigrants from southern Europe. Obviously making huge generalizations here....but yah. Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, France. lol...I'm kinda shocked how accurate this characterization seems to be on first impression.

Have you heard this assertion made by others as well or is it strictly personal observation? I genuinely think there's something to this. Especially in terms of the social acceptance of outward expressions of racism. There's less taboo in saying anti-black shit in those southern European cultures.
