2 years ago, I opened up an assisted living facility in FL with a friend. Combined it cost of $12k
That one facility grossed in revenue $370k+ in the first year. Since then, we've opened up another facility that has grossed just north of $310 and in the coming weeks we will be opening an additional 2.
So in less than two years, I'll have a business bringing in at least $1.6 million in revenue. (we'll net out around $1.2).
I just purchased several properties in Nashville with another friend and have begun turning those into transitional living facilities. The revenues should be comparable. Once again, the initial cost is only $9000/property
Almost weekly, I see investment opportunities where the cost is doable for most people with an ok credit line or liquid assets
