in the income bracket to even approach acquiring those assets.
With that said, yes, had we known, we coulda gone for those assets years ago when it WAS feasible (ie, prior to kids).... live and learn though.
I mean...the assets we DO have are more like burdens it seems sometimes...a permanent residence and a rental property that is flat, value wise.
