Either by suffocating the marketplace or gutting it through this legislation, they are effectively destroying it on purpose one way or the other. I would rather them do this in public with recorded commentary and accountability than the chicken shit way they got to this point. The 40+ million new uninsured people need to know exactly who and how they were left behind, doing it this way versus the slow and faceless death defunding was causing is better.
