There is a reason some rich people warn their kids not to mess with non-rich people in romantic situations.


Because, those rich parents feel the "power dynamics" of the imbalance between a rich person and a non-rich person will cause the non-rich person to "scheme" and "connive" if the rich person starts to back away.

Since R Kelly is rich, these "willing" participants can at any time say "something happened that wasn't right/cool/consensual" if R Kelly starts to not be ok anymore with one or several of them.
