That is the thing that makes it imperfect to me, seems really out of place but I guess they had to take it somewhere. That Game Over song he did with Hawthorne was pretty close to perfect for me, underrated tune.

You Turn Me On, I'm a Radio Joni Mitchell, non-stop pace with awesome lyrics and the only thing "imperfect" about it is that it's short and seems even shorter than it is.
Under Pressure by Queen/David Bowie. Incredible dynamics, great mix of playfulness and seriousness. Just a powerful song that makes the hairs on your body stand up and then sort of calms your ass down with a short little outro.
Luchini by Camp Lo. Kind of overplayed and not my personal fave from USN (one of my ten favorite rap records) but I gotta admit that the way it kicks is undeniable. Gets you pumped up but in a fun, non-aggressive way. Great song.
The title track from Stakes is High and the Jay Dee remix of She Said by the Pharcyde are close, Mos Def's early shit had some contenders, too.
Whispering Pines by the Band is pretty perfect, I am not much for sad and forlorn songs but it's damn good. Aimee Mann has some great downers, too, lots of almost-perfect ones, I guess.
The opening track on Deltron's 3030 is close for me, but maybe I was just doing too many drugs when it came out.
