especially when society compares us to one another. We don't wake up one day and believe we're great....well, most of us don't lol. You can tell me how good the extra weight looks until you're blue in the face but if I don't believe it...your theory is moot

I have actually lost weight. I have an 18 month old son and I work out with a personal trainer not as much as I should but often enough. It's not that I feel any way about myself. It's the fact that this stranger thought it was ok so say something like that to me or any other female. I'm pretty sure she says inappropriate things often.

I wasn't even her sales rep.
