The first really hot day in the city got me wondering why so many of our people dress the same in 90 degree whether as they do in 50 degree whether.

Is it a money thing? Brother wearing this black heavy cotton sweatsuit in 90% because he doesn't really own lightweight pants or shorts?

Is it cultural? Brother has sandals which he wears in the gym but wears timbos to the beach because he doesn't believe in showing his toes in public?

The heavy ass socks and sandals in the summer has got to be a cultural thing right?

Them shorts down to your ankle are defeating the purpose of shorts my dude?!?!

Do our bodies process heat differently?

I am wearing flip-flops and a tank top sweating because I am looking at this dude in a hoodie and literally a skull cap on this hot ass train.
