When he exonerated her the first time? Said he may reopen the investigation the first time? Or exonerated her the 2nd time? ALL before the election.
2. I don't think Hillary is a great politician/campaigner when it comes to connecting with people. She went from Lawyer to first lady and never really had to exercise politically that way. Bernie lost some races, ran as a mayor, and came up the ranks. I think some of her "arrogance" is from not knowing to do better but being expected to.
