And im not the only one in my church thats mentioned this.

He's been pastor for a year and i cant figure him out. It's hard to relate or communicate with him because he just seems to have this disconnect when he's talking to you.

But he preaches his sermon well and most people will say thats all that matters.

But I really think he needs to work on his people skills more if he's going to grow his membership.
