I don't think you can quite call sexual harassment just a case of someone treating someone the way they would want to be treated.

No one wants UNWANTED sexual advances.

Same with the extroverted example. Even an extrovert should understand when anybody just doesn't want to be bothered.

Even still. The extroverted/introverted examples aren't really moral questions.
