I can say from experience, leaving a toxic place of work, the stress
falls off in waves of relief once your life settles down again.
It's amazing how much a bad work situation can affect your life.

I'm glad you're getting out of there, even though it means going through
the stress of finding a new job. At least that stress is worth it.
