if someone thinks/acts a certain way in the group, should you judge based on one individual?

or do you base it on the group as a whole? what does whole mean anyway? the
entire group? or just a few alphas in the group? or just a few associations (alpha
and/or beta) that you have within the group?

also have to beware of group think.
