No notes to staff either like "I'll be working out of x office and can reached at x"
I'm kind of at a loss. Because there's a lot of things in doing and can do that without an overall framework can't work.
His boss is occasionally here and that guys boss also. But my boss? Nah.


Edit to clarify. I physically haven't seen him. He's working somewhere in this country, at some hours, in some office, for some duration of time. None of which anyone on his staff can tell you. I assume that he's at least told his manager, but I have no clue.
