uhh the AG operates pretty independently from the White House. There's an important reason for that
His talk about "Why don't we sneak attack ISIS" is dumb too. As if our leaders hadn't thought about that. Sneak attack would give little to no chance for civilians to escape. Not that dude is able to distinguish between civilians in Raqqa from combatants anyway.
