I get the opposite picture from his reply. It seems like he's saying what Bill Clinton did to Lewenski was sexual assault because he used his position of power. Kind of like when teachers prey on students or bosses prey on their subordinates.
He didn't say anything about Lewinsky asking for it or trying to shift the blame to her
