no charges are coming in Minnesota, baton rouge, and north Miami?
bc that would be absolutely completely ridiculously horrible.
theres already no faith in the federal lack of justice dept taking charge or bringing any consequences, except after the fact

or maybe the charges in Tulsa is just to prevent another charlotte boilover/state-of-emergency situation, and the not guilty verdict will be a year from now when ppl have moved on to the next police murder....?
