i don't buy that it's that simple.

1. The Tulsa police released the cop's name the day after the shooting.
2. They showed the victim's family the video the day after the shooting b4 releasing it publicly.
3. The cop's history was released quickly.
4. Within 2 days she's charged criminally.
5. The prosecutor accused her of becoming 'emotionally involved'.

Cases involving men offices in other jurisdictions who were at least as guilty of murder or manslaughter as this woman didn't get any of this treatment. Most importantly the prosecutor saying she became 'emotionally involved' is sexism dog whistle language. No prosecutor would accuse a man officer of becoming emotional and overreacting during one of these cases. She was no more emotional or frazzled than Darren Wilson in Ferguson but that case was treated differently. That was a man officer though.
