i can tell you this
with that degree you have the following career options:
-teaching
-nonprofit management
-policy and advocacy work
true conflict resolution work, both at the macro and micro level, is relegated to attorneys, or on rare occaision, to MFTs/LCSWs. which, by the way, is in massive error, as attorneys often make horrible mediators. but it is what it is
