I got the house in 2011, and my overall brand/following exploded here at the same time that I started throwing parties there...I only 1-2 per year. It's never been any drama or issues, aside from guys who get caught up with their girls or things on that side. And everybody knows I got those video cameras on DEEECK LOL, inside and outside!
The bathroom is SURELY the worst part, I feel you on that! I have two, but one is tiny and almost hidden.
