I guess I'm wondering if someone in Chicago can go to the bar on a friday night at 4am after working a nightshift or something like that. We have clubs that go later than 2...but they're not allowed to serve booze so they tend to be drug-den like clubs. The uppity clubs close stop serving at 2am and turn on the lights around 230.
