...and the protocol is to notify the FBI for said transactions, not to call the local police, correct?
This is similar to the Oregon takeover of the federal property...white armed men do it and we wait a week, talk to them, ask them to leave nicely, virtually zero police presence.
Had they been armed black men, tear gas, riot gear, shootout, over in hours.
All due to the perception (read as: Bias) of the officials involved.
