middle child and try diplomacy over confrontation, now I don't have
the patience or energy.

He's prone to talking reckless and is literally clutching his pearls
at my clapping back. We're experiencing a bit of role reversal from
when we grew up and it'd be great to relish in the irony of that...
but I'm not.
