a lot of the "age of consent" laws are retarded, especially seeing that they're so much different in every single state. Makes zero sense to me that you can just hop across a state line and get down with a 15 year old in one state, while they have to be 17-18 in the next state.
And that title of "rapist" stays on you FOREEEEEEEEEEVER...regardless of the scenario. If you're two weeks older than her, and in a state where she can't be under whatever age, and you get caught up for it...life is over. Shit makes no sense to me, even though I think it was created with good intentions
