I'm well of how white supremacy functions, regarding hiring practices. I've also had to deal with the added layer of homophobia in industries dominated by straight men. Yet, I've been able to circumvent that in states that notoriously bad for both black and gay people, much less the combination. I'm not arguing that education equalizes everything. I know that if it's between me and a white person with the same qualifications or even slightly inferior to mine, I'm losing. However, if it's between me and a felon or sex offender, I'm pretty confident that I'll come out on top.

You have a point regarding inequality in hiring practices as a result of white supremacy, but you've taken the premise beyond the scope of reality.
