They NEVER, never ever ever EVER ever (c) Smokey, played it on L.A. radio, not once. But as said above by Mr Hood, the radio was trying to prop up Westside Slaughterhouse. And I remember Cube on the Westside Connection album remix of "Hoo-bangin" saying "I'm bombin, on Common Sense! Chicago is mine, nigga hit the fence!" and I thought that was hard bc he sounded hype saying it.

But yeah. When I heard it, it was too late to really make impact on me regarding Cube, but I can see it being vicious, especially for a rapper such as Common. I know he said he feared for his life after making it.
