They won't have to present the defense until several months from now. Surely their investigation will produce facts they can use. I dunno what they'll find or how they'll use it. I read that article today and this post reminded me of it.

I am in criminal defense in part bc I like the challenge of defending the seemingly indefensible. I'd take his case if it came to me.
