have you tried priceline for your rental car for chicago?

i'm going there tomorrow and used them. the prices that i was seeing for the car i wanted were like 33 and i'll be damned if i pay that. i got my rate for like 17.

now as for the parking, there's an app - that i cannot think of the name for that will find the cheapest parking rates in the area that you specify. i'll try and see if i can remember what it is.
