I get what JF is saying, but I had homes in macon, Ga that fucked me up cause I no longer had family or crew out there and what was supposed to be easy passive income became a MAJOR headache. Liek I said if you hire a good prop manager that should be fine --even if you arent turning a profit youll build equity.
