i been here 20 yrs..and ive moved a few times over the years so i havent been absent from the market..but i was recently researching for a friend and got dam...them westside rents tho...i remember in 95 i lived in culver city in a condo by west la college 1bd $750, that same spot is like $1700 now..smh...
