Managing expectations is always the hardest part especially new artists. They think they know what they are doing and know how shit is down so their expectations are always wacky. Its definitely been the most challenging part but i'm learning how to deal with them and keep them busy on certain things. Making them sweat the important stuff and stop worrying about the shit that doesnt matter at the moment is hard as well.
I'm still 100% completely confident in what this band will be able to do.
