wow my sister turns 18 on monday. i feel like just yesterday she was my son's age. i was 15 when she was born and she was 15 when he was born. weird.

my son never figured out how to open the door today even though he's been opening that door with no problem for months. i don't get that kid sometimes.

looked inside my son's overnight bag and found a card from him but obviously bought by his father. i guess i should thank him, right?

it's damn hot outside. hope its like this next week so i can have a reason to be outside.

i definitely failed my water only diet but i've cut back considerably on my alcohol intake so i'm still proud of myself. fuck it.
