Yes - it can be unhealthy to solely focus on aesthetics and fluctuate weight/water fast/juice and do extreme things to the body.
But exercise naturally sculpts the body - and there's nothing wrong w/ celebrating that.
Nor is there anything wrong with bodily aesthetics as a human art-form. You may not like a *particular* type of aesthetics, and that's fine. As you noted, there's a wide-range of "fit" body-types and aesthetics to match.
So what's the fussy-fuss?
