12769023, Can't. Too much negative equity and the bank is playing hardball. Posted by Overqualified, Wed Apr-01-15 10:50 AM The lender did cut me a break a while ago and lowered the interest rate. I can afford the note no problem, but it just isn't a worthwhile asset.
