The news has been weighing heavily on me lately. I need the world to be a better place.

2. Action movies
I got my mom started working out. And I'm supposed to get my bff started this weekend.
Now all I need is someone in my life to be that person who encourages and helps *me* to do better.

3. "desert blues"
I'm starting yoga. Giving up meat. Drinking healthy smoothies for breakfast. I'm becoming a cliche but oh well.

4. Hiking and trail cycling
Spent some time with my great aunt and felt so much better about life. She is what I want to become as I age.

5. Trail cycling
I'm so happy about this new job. I can't wait to start.
