I'm assuming that you crunch numbers for a living or own your own business to want to crunch those numbers on your own initiative.

I'm sure that location will be quite profitable, even with them closing on Sundays; longtime NYC folks like myself will flock to this store in droves based on the fact they store has been held back for years now, outside of the Chick-Fil-A for NYU students. And holding the initial opening to one location will drive folks there even more than if there were multiple spots in the city.
