>LL overall was corny

a deep amnesia in the air or somebody's just too young to know.

From the time LL hit the scene in 1984 with "I Need a Beat" to the early 1990's, LL's was more than just "relevant"; he was one of the leaders of the pack, always up front with the best of his peers of the day, from RunDMC during his debut to Eric B. & Rakim during the reign of his sophomore album, "Bad", on through the Hip Hop music's greatest period, known as The Golden Age Era. He had a STRONG 8 - 10 year run.

His battles with Kool Moe Dee were epic and his enthusiastic and energetic output in his performances has not been matched by any other MC before or since.

In short, saying that "LL overall was corny" is Hip Hop blasphemy.
