i agree that's most likely the case...
but one still does wonder a bit
bc the surgeries were happening before we knew/heard about the transition...that doesn't mean the desire to transition wasn't there before...
i guess i'm wondering more along the lines of just how coincidental it is that the whole fam basically suffers from some form of body dysmorphia...
suggests it's more of psych/social issue rather than pure psych/bio issue
doesn't change any of my feelings towards trans folk at all
i'm transphobic to a certain extent and at this point i'm ok with it...i support their decisions, rights, and would hope they receive the same treatment as anyone else...just not without some form of discomfort/dissonance about the views on gender/sex
