At least that's from what I've seen here.
Which is funny because some of the test I've done they've broken down into percentages.
Meaning if you do 100% of your body weight you'd score a 100% If you do 85% of your body weight then you'd get an 85% in that category.
Only other lift is a dummy drag, but that normally has a set weight limit of 180lbs and you just have to drag it.
