What is currently in your cellar or what are you brewing?

I want to do another Russian Imperial Stout. The last one we did we soaked medium french oak chips in Bulliet Bourbon with two vanilla beans & then added the chips and 11oz. of bourbon during the secondary fermentation. Still sitting on one bomber I have left.
