and went to his desk where he proceeds to throw most of the things on his desk onto the floor. including his computer.

then, he says "nah, fuck that" and goes back into the manager's office and starts choking her out.

she crying and screaming and the manager's male employees stand there shocked...but all they did was stand there.

her female employees went into attack mode. 3 of them jumped on him, pulled him off her, and landed a few good slaps, punches, and kicks.

the guy then leaves.

fast-forward the clock to the next day.

this clown comes back and attempts to get into the building. on the day of the incident, a coworker with ties to law enforcement ran the guy's name and found out he had gun charges and all kinds of violent shit on his record.

so when he tried to come back, there was a panic cuz people was thinking he was gonna shoot up the place.

HR got involved and shut the building down and told everybody to get home safe.

me & my peoples hit the bar and started happy hour way too early in the day...

the mall stayed getting random birds in it but first time we had one in the store
it came in the store bc we had a fake tree in the window and it fancied it. it eventually left

when i worked at the 5th ave store (apple) this homeless dude used to record raps on the computers and post them on youtube. i can't find the videos now (he didn't label them 'homeless guy rapping' so i'm having trouble lol) but he would be in there everyday
he'd throw up a instrumental from youtube and rap into Photo Booth then post it to youtube

one time some really big dude (at least 300lbs) fell on them glass steps and shattered the step with his elbow (it didn't break all the way the shit was smashed)

This dude I worked with bragged about robbing a gas station. He was partying until the cops came through and arrested him.

This happened on my day off during my first 2 weeks on an old job. My coworkers called me like 'did you know someone was killed here yesterday?"

some people in the building (large building) didn't even know what happened until later that day. I heard they rolled the bodies out later that night around 9pm. the second shift had already started working by then.

one time, these 2 brothers that worked at the store came to work on their day off. They grabbed 3 shopping carts, filled them up with merchandise - DVDs, dvd players (back in the late 90s), etc, and walked out the front door with the shit. The loss prevention guy (the one that punches a hole in your reciept) just let them walk out. All 3 of them were fired. Loss prevention dude claimed he wasnt in on it and didnt know how to react when they just walked out with the stuff.

another time, a young cashier took his register bag at the end of the shift and left with over 2000 in cash, checks, credit card receipts, and all these coupons. LOL. It was his last day at the job bc he was going to college the next week. His mother made him return that shit the next day. LOL.

A female co-worker of mine basically stalked a male co-worker of mine until he eventually broke down and started dating her (mainly so that she could financially take care of him). She gave him an ultimatum of marrying her or leaving, so he saves up $200, buys a ring and they go to the courthouse. Everyone in the company side eyes him because the lady is a certified maniac, especially when she isn't on her meds.

3 months after the wedding, he's a no show to work and she comes in with a bruised face showing her coworkers on some "Look what he did to me!!!! He's a monster!!!" ...she takes him back and pretty much tells her co-workers to mind their business. At this point the male co-worker is saying he wants to leave her, but the way his finances are set up... O_O

6 months after the wedding, he beat her up again, he gets arrested and she's in the hospital. She files a restraining order. Everyone think's he's finally going to get terminated, he was out of work for a month and a half because of the restraining order. Somehow she contacts him and says "I will retract everything if you come back to me, if not you going to jail for a long time nigga!" O_O...of course he says he'll go back, she retracts her statements and lifts the restraining order. He's back at work like nothing happened.

12 months after the wedding, again he beats her up badly. He's arrested again and this time she's in the hospital for a week. Apparently he took a plea deal and is locked up for 2 years (he's still in jail). I think she was trying to make things work while he was in jail because she still wore the ring. Eventually she divorced him and now talks shit about him every chance she gets.

We all knew we were getting laid off and getting a great severance package, the guy was saying as soon as he got his package he was taking all his shit and moving to Vegas without telling her O_O...but he was fired before the official layoff.

i mean that literally, not like "oh i'm so irritated i want to kill you."

i had this summer job in college working at a different college doing some maintenance/demo/carpentry stuff. painting dorm rooms, replacing ceiling tiles, shit like that.

a common job was replacing doors in the dorms. Three of the dorms had staircases that were hard as fuck to navigate while carrying a full size door, so the dude in charge got the bright idea that we should throw the old doors out a window, have a team on the bottom move them to the dumpster, then struggle the new doors in.

the system was basically 3 or 4 teams of 2 people would remove the door, then carry it to the open window, wait on the dude in charge to say it was clear, then chuck a solid wood door out the window of a 5 story building.

it was awesome. if you never saw a solid wood door fly through the air then crash to the ground (and why would you?) it's really quite a sight.

at one point it's my turn to chuck a door out the window and dude in charge gives me the go ahead and i give it a mighty heave (you had to throw it kind of hard so it wouldn't fall back into the side of the building) and immediately see the two guys down below carrying doors to the dumpster are right below and carrying a door.

instinctively i try to grab for the door, but obviously that's not going to happen. we all start screaming and they drop the door they're carrying and try to run, but gravity is a motherfucker.

BAM.

luckily the door struck the ground first, on its edge, which probably absorbed like 99% of its force. It then rolled/folded over on to one of the guys working below and dropped him to the ground like he was a tiny child or something.

he didn't even get knocked out cold, and said he was fine, but they took him to the ER where he was diagnosed with a concussion.

i probably don't need to say it but after that we had to carry them heavy ass fuckin doors down the stairs instead of throwing them out the window.

he 'kidnapped' a stripper. and she was 'rescued' by the pizza delivery guy when he delivered the food.

turns out she was a looney bird who had accused another guy of the same thing. basically he cheated with the wrong chick. he ended up being divorced and out of work for years.

it was all over atl news. I bet his brothers were more embarrassed than anybody cuz they owned or worked at the same company.

I just looked up dude's Twitter, he has 436,000 followers. internet famous but rap famous too. my coworker was telling me dude has a song with three verses dedicated to dissing him

I once worked at an employment placement center in Brooklyn. My supervisor was a really good looking Guyanese woman. She must have been maybe 38-39 at most. She was about 5' 6" and had a track star's physique. She was razor sharp and really cool. I worked as a job developer and shared an office with two other guys. One older gentleman who was the "OG Cat Daddy" at the office, and a young handsome former college football wide out. OG Cat Daddy knew all the office gossip and was REALLY good at getting students placed. We always had new clients walk in sometimes dressed up for an interview.

One day I get to work and there is a very well dressed older gentleman siting in a chair and I assumed that he was a client. The Older Man is GRILLING the Football Player dude HARD!!!!!! After a while Guyanese supervisor comes around and speaks to him in private and he leaves. Three weeks later, supervisor quits her position and we find out that she was having an affair with the football player and they used to have sex in the office early before everyone arrived. He would then bounce to a nearby shopping mall and window shop to kill time. They got caught by a security camera that no one knew was working and a director that came in early to complete a report and overheard them. Apparently she even took football player to her house and they got it on in her bed and they left evidence" that led the "client" to confront her wife and her boyfriend at the job!

This was all confirmed to me about two years later by football player himself.

He loves to huge the female employees and make borderline comments about their appearances.

So naturally we were concerned when he requested an intern and got a very young (college age) very cute asian girl as an intern. He works very closely with them (they actually sit at his desk beside him) alone.


The a few weeks later he got another intern. Again, a young attractive asian girl.

So no one could believe it when he was interviewing again and he was interviewing, yet again, another young hot asian girl.

So were trying to decide do we go tell him he can't hire a young asian girl as an intern or would that be discriminatory in itself?

I'm tryna be better off, not better than...

Working for IBM in a manufacturing center. my work ethic was pretty strong and I was quickly recognized as being a bright "college kid" amongst a lot of folks who had no degree. these mofos had us coming in at 5am and im in no way shape or form a mng person so I was struggling a lot to make it on time and this was a clock in job so punctuality down to the minute was a big deal.

long story short I was doing good work on one hand but getting reprimanded for tardiness on the other. they ended up awarding me employee of the quarter and gave me this nice ass plaque and a check for 500 dollars, in front of the whole group!then they fired me 2 wks later for tardiness lol.

First he asked if I was married. Then he asked what day I was off. He got all excited that we have the same day off. Asked if I was busy that day. I said yeah I was going to be running errands. Then he asked if I needed company... Hell no. Then he disappeared. LOL!

There's a brother that works on my floor. Nice guy, real pleasant & friendly. We always speak when we see each other.

There's a cute little latina that works somewhere near where he sits. For a quick second, I thought she was throwing game at me. I’m locked up so I never pursued it but she was mad friendly & giggly for a couple of weeks. But then one day, she gave me a serious cold shoulder. No big deal.

So I’m going over to our printer and as I approach, I see him standing there talking to her. Again, no big deal. I have no clue what they’re talking about. So just as I walk past them to the printer, I hear her say (louder than she needed to), “Look, I don’t have time to text you every morning. You need to get a girlfriend!”

I’m sure that my face showed a quick, surprised look but I kept walking, grab my papers and politely walked back to my desk.

so instead I'll talk about the time I was fresh out of college and working for a coupon magazine as a sales assistant.

we had our territory, and I basically drove around all day going to strip malls to try and set up appointments for my rep.

But fast forward to December, and they have the annual holiday party / sales meeting in Lancaster PA. Reps from all over the country go there, and aside from the sales meetings, it was basically 4 days of drunkenness. I was drunk at a few of the meetings too.

many of the sales reps are single moms, because the job offers plenty of flexibility since you're basically making your own hours.

we were chilling in this one woman's room, and drinking scotch, and next thing you know, one of them pulls out a joint and we all get high.

Next thing you know, I'm walking someone back to their room at the end of the night. Wound up making out fairly heavily with a 47 year old (I was 22).
