And part of me calling it has to do with CC's thinking that Larry Wilmore would be an adequate replacement for Stephen Colbert.

And I like Larry Wilmore. He would have been great on MSNBC.

But these two brothers are about to take the fall for the decline of CC late night. I think who ever was tapped to replace Jon Stewart or Stephen Colbert was bound to pull a Deborah Norville.

I think the right way to have done it would have been rotating hosts for like a couple of years until audiences coalesce around one host.
