you have listed and seriously pondering moving to the other one after a recent visit, I'd say Atlanta is still the best city in the south to live in

Houston seems really really nice but to be fair don't know enough abt it

I couldn't disagree more - NO of course has some attractive features to it (food/music) but unless you have money this is far from the best place to live in

The French Quarter is great and all but after awhile it gets old too after you've lived here

The blk folx here are hurting worse than any other (southern) city I've lived in or been to...there are no jobs other than service related jobs mostly in the French Quarter...the educational system is hortible and consequently that has factored into a lot of the ignorance and backwardness you see amongst the poor blk ppl
